It is costly to hire the wrong person –not only for the company, but also for the employee who ”has come to the wrong shop”. 

A professional assessment of the person may be an important contribution when it comes to deciding who is best suited for the job and who will most likely thrive in this particular job. At the same time, the random decisions that are due to personal preferences are avoided (often called ”chemistry”) between the hiring committee and the candidates. 

Using a number of recognised personality tests, I can offer a professional evaluation and a high degree of probability in relation to personal competencies.
